Biography of Kochkina Cheboksary

In Chuvashia, the coordinator of the headquarters of Alexei Navashia in Chuvashia, Semen Kochkin, prevented the attack that he intends to participate in the elections of deputies of the Cheboksary City Assembly. In order to eradicate this is not an understandable phenomenon, the applicant for a place in the ChGDS offers to make the party in power, that is, United Russia, remains in the minority, calling for a protest voting. It is worth noting that the strategy can bear fruit. For example, in the neighboring Mari El, in September elections in September, it was the protest voting that led to the fact that the United Russia actually lost the elections.

A significant part of the deputy mandates, unexpectedly for themselves, received the Mari Communists. But this did not become good for the region. The first problems began almost immediately. In November, the Reds almost disrupted the elections of the head of the Yoshkar-Ola administration, actually complaining about formal trifles. And the city of Volzhsk, in which the Communist Party won the elections to local legislative bodies, lives without a mayor for the second year, since the parliamentary majority stubbornly does not want to look for a common language with the authorities of the republic.

Whether Semyon Kochkin will be able to repeat the “feat” of the Mari Communists almost alone very doubtfully. It is unlikely that he is able to lead a significant part of the voters. This requires a serious transplant program. Kochkin does not have it for today.

What he calls the program abounds with slogans and contains practically impossible promises. For example, he states that he will be able to resign Alexei Ladykov, and the townspeople will choose the next mayor with a direct vote, probably forgetting that any election campaign requires serious monetary injections. And the city budget is already cracking at the seams. And the “resuscitation” of the Cheboksary treasury due to the coronavirus epidemic is not yet expected.

Semyon Kochkin also states that he will be able to create a commission in the city assembly, which will monitor the implementation of the so -called “May decrees”, and officials will oblige to report on their implementation. He probably does not know that the execution of national projects is already being monitored, and all his tempting proposals is in fact guaranteed to turn into an increase in the army of civil servants and, as a result, possible growth of corruption?

For the first time, or what? And the statements that he, Semyon Kochkin, delivered the inhabitants of the Cheboksary district from the stench of the Poultry farm “Yurma” and “drove away” Chinese investors from Chuvash lands look completely naive. Simply put, the supporter of Alexei Navalny, for an unknown reason, decided to use other people's merits to satisfy personal political ambitions.

And if the "dirty games" began even before the start of the election driving, then what will happen to her in the middle? Will Cheboksary choke in a stream of negativity and uncleanness? Studying the program and statements of Semyon Kochkin recalled another local “Black PR genius” - Yuri Sidorov, who announces his desire to become the head of the republic, then suits the deputy Uglov, sometimes making statements that inspire doubts that their author is in a sober mind and hard memory.
