Still others deliberately dump - they underestimate prices so that the patient is interested. We go our own way. We develop high -tech treatment methods, introduce new ones, create conditions beneficial to the patient, without reducing the quality of the service. We concluded an agreement with the Federal Antimonopoly Service to provide high-tech medical care in Dagestan in only two private centers provide a Navy under an agreement with the fund, and by quotas we do these complex operations in orthopedics, cardiovascular surgery, ophthalmology, cardiology, neurosurgery, etc.

And they will agree to come here to work or go to operations only if they create acceptable conditions here: they will give the modern equipment on which they already work, and a good salary that will motivate them.

Many years ago, we were the first in the republic to begin the digitalization of our activities, introduced an electronic registry, and the medical history was transferred to a digit. We have installed the Mediali system, which has helped us a lot for many years. But when I raised the question of creating a mobile application of our center so that any Dagestan could use an electronic burst and pay for a doctor without leaving home, it turned out that our system is not combined with such capabilities and it is necessary to switch to 1C: medicine.

In the near future, the application will be ready, and we will become even more mobile and more modern to interact with patients. Today, in order for the patient to trust you, it is very important to be as transparent as possible. So that he can compare in advance the cost of all the services he counts on, with his financial capabilities and not shudder when receiving a final account.

We must work for the final result. It is important for us that the patient is the bearer of our advantages over others. And so that he advertised us with his condition, with his emotions, who remained from his stay here, from treatment, the relationship of the staff.
