Now few people work on prepayment, so the plant will not be able to work without working capital.

Yes, effective management decisions are needed in order to transfer orders of gas companies to RMZ. Provided that the company will be provided with orders for million rubles a year, it will be possible to talk about the stability of production. And then it will no longer be important what the status of the plant is. Is this due to repair work? Is there a pipe replacement? In the coming years, a 5-year-old city may be changed about km of pipes.

This year, about 5 km were changed. I believe that we should create a certain fund in Intavodokanal, which would be saturated with financial means during the winter months, and in the summer the company should carry out active work to update the main pipes. These are very large costs. For many years, such work was not carried out in integration. Does this mean that soon there will be less such organizations?

From an economic point of view, the enlargement of management companies suggests itself. I am not saying that the “customer service” was an excellent option, but not the worst compared to what is happening now. Perhaps for large cities there are many management companies, HOAs and good, but not for Inta. It doesn’t matter to the townspeople themselves who controls their housing stock, if the following is provided: heat in houses, cleanliness in the porches, a normal playground and the courtyard is repaired. No one will refuse such a management company. The municipality, as the owner of the housing fund, initiates the process of enlargement.

But there are factors that today interfere with moving to active actions: the first one is winter, and you don’t want to do sharply in this crucial period, the second one is behind the leaders, and people should stay at their workplaces, the third - it is important to understand who to change the current Criminal Code. I hope that for my term we will begin the procedure for enlargement or change of management companies.

People prefer to contact you, not in the Criminal Code. What do you see the reasons for this? There are questions that cannot be resolved, but you can talk to a person. Yes, it is difficult to work with people, I know, they go with their problems, often with a negative. There are individuals who come intentionally to “get” the people. I used to react, tried to prove something to them.

Today I try not to enter into discussions with those who have no talk further. You do something for the city-honor and praise, you reject-offer or do not waste other people's time. Of course, you need to talk to people. From the last meetings with the Intinas, I made for myself the main problems that I, as a mayor, can solve. For example, after meetings in the groups of kindergartens, we provided money for the purchase of sports grounds in all kindergartens.

This is very necessary for our children! Is work being carried out in this direction? Now I understand more and more what it is needed. We have many people who are ready to provide assistance in building a shelter. The question, of course, is financing.In order to build a shelter today at the expense of the municipality, you will need to pick up funds from schools, kindergartens, yards.

After talking with the deputy Lydia Gridchina, we came to the decision that construction could be carried out by the help of the Intinets, including the same Smirnov. Only he will contribute to thousands. The most important thing is to find a person who can raise this project. After that, we must develop a strategy for the construction of a shelter, its further work.

This issue must be approached very competently, because animals will need to be engaged in. If he also knocked a person, God forbid, to death, in general, a life sentence must be given. Of course, I am for. Unfortunately, this is not the level of municipality. Many people think that it is necessary to organize a site for walking dogs, but no one agrees that such a platform be made in its yard.

And few can take off the dog to the outskirts of the city. There are two options: you can pay the management company for the fact that it will remove the yards after walking dogs will allow rubles a month, you can clean it yourself. Moreover, it should be of high quality.

I note that such a thorough study of the city’s financial plan in all directions probably never had been on the integration, and this is the merit of financial administration and the deputy corps. Why not transfer the power of thermal power plants to it? Initially, the company's management agreed to this option, but a little later abandoned its intentions. It was planned to transfer the sports microdistrict this year, and in M ​​- the development of the project to transmit the power of the Yuzhny microdistrict, the intangol mine and the GOF.

Therefore, the first thing I did was “responded” to the leaders of the housing and communal services, since it is impossible to conduct changes with those who do not want this.

We need to separate: here is the management companies - this is the plan for them, here is the district boiler room, the Intavodokanal - a plan for these organizations. It is necessary to minimize the costs of a thermal company. Now it is also calculated. Why interfere in someone else's work? Maybe it is worth throwing all your strength to your duties prescribed in the employment contract?

We carry out reform on the scale of the whole city, he really needs cardinal changes! We have to "fight." Let's take for example the Intinsk branch of Sberbank: the slabs at their office were laid out, the garlands appeared by the New Year, the facade will be done in the year. Remember what it cost us? As for the TGK-9 and Intaulus relations, I have to intervene: either the Intajour mine will receive its money for products, pay taxes, and, therefore, we will be able to make even more for schools and kindergartens, or the city will receive excitement in the Intaugucus team.

There is no problem in work. This is a normal phenomenon. By and large, today I have no problems only with Goldmirenas and the Soyuz Tax Code.
