The biography of the Abdrashi Yagafar
About how people create the era of the chemistry of humanity “what time, such people,” we are sometimes trying to reconcile the reality of the consumer society and those ideals that at all times protect any society and which we now do not see. Fortunately, in any era among us there are those who take responsibility - for what is happening, for the well -being of people, for great successes and for mistakes on the way to them.
The name of one of these creators is known to many of our citizens. Today we congratulate on the birthday of Yagafar Mukharyamovich Abdrashitov. Since the years, he worked as the general director of Kaustik JSC, led by Polyeff OJSC in Balagoveshchensk, then for some time - Sterlitamak nthbnjhbfkmysv by the Department of the Ministry of Nature Management and Ecology, and with the years - the Sterlitamak branch of the Bashg.
We talk with the honorary citizen of Sterlitamak about life in turning hours and how to become stronger in any tests than they. The first wife of my father died of consumption, while he fought in the Great Patriotic War - four children remained. After the war, my father married my mother. Parents worked, the older brothers raised us - with their example. It was unthinkable not to fulfill parental orders, it was impossible to sit idle.
Each has their own responsibilities. Mine - to ride with my father: he, the chairman of the collective farm, was constantly with people, and I, sitting in Tarantas, saw how to plow, sow, take care of the cattle ... I remember, I tiredly asked: “That's what? Such a nickname was given to me - “What is this? Why did my father choose me with an assistant? Because I got up before everyone and drove a horse for him.
From the brothers I adopted a love of teaching: they both graduated from the Ishimba oil technical school. And I am grateful to our large family for my determination, responsibility for the assigned business and for the desire to break out of the gracious village life towards the unknown and the new. And when it was not enough, they unloaded the wagons, delivered products for shops ...
I earned on clothes and textbooks on vacation at a woodworking plant in Meleuze. It turned out to be easy to serve in the army after such a school: you are dressed, shod, they feed you, drive you, you march on the parade ground ... We, guys from the province, met Muscovites, they taught us a lot. Understand culture, communicate. I read the entire library of the military unit, re -discovered Russian classics - Tolstoy, Chekhov, Kuprin ...
At work - on the Salavat petrochemical plant - they were waiting for my return, the article in the newspaper wrote about me and my good service in those years to send letters of thanks from the army to enterprises. My brothers then already worked at the chemical plant in Sterlitamak and after my return they called to them. After a year of work, in M, we launched a new workshop - French production, and I entered the oil institute.
Over the 19 years, a working path passed from an apparatchik 4 category to the general director. At that time, when I worked as a chief engineer, seven to eight accidents occurred in the year. I remember all those killed by name, every death became my wound. In chemistry, safety instructions are written in blood, this is true. The working class in the years was difficult to create: people from deaf villages came to the cities, they had to study a lot.
In addition, specialists from all over the country were sent to the chemical enterprises of Sterlitamak - from Volgograd, Dzerzhinsk, Ivanov, Kharkov ... There was a strong “Soviet Union team”. Many have taken root, acquired families and stayed here forever. It was interesting to work: our mentors were senior comrades, director of factories. Our enterprises of allied significance knew well in Moscow, we reported to the Ministry of Chemical Industry and studied a lot, traveled around the country, studied modern technologies abroad.
Such trips were especially valuable during the years of perestroika. Professional growth, according to the recollections of Yagafar Mukharyamovich, is an hourly work, often seven days a week, night calls. The lack of “living” money, barter, and the discontent of the workers - independence was not easy for us. We helped out the summer experience of enterprises, worthy personnel, support for the republic and my public work of the deputy.
The plant managed to save. Not without loss: production volumes fell one and a half times, but in seven years, by the year, we restored them. For this, a new production was built: it turned out to be impossible to work according to the old scheme, the environmental situation was critical. In order to prevent the factory to stop, we built a new plant inside the plant - the production of chlorvinil, polyvinyl chloride - and thereby maintained the production of caustic soda.
The technology is such that a ton of chlorine accounts for each ton of soda. Previously, chlorine was sent in tanks under protection for enterprises of the country and even to the Czech Republic. When we stopped taking chlorine from us, we solved the problem of its disposal first with the help of the export of dichloroetan through Finland, then we were forced to organize chlorine processing at home, with the further production of cable plasticity, specialized products, and films.
So we paid off the accumulated debts and solved many environmental problems: seven old industries were closed. It would seem that people have brought good times closer, you can safely live and work. But someone really needed the shares of the updated plant, and Abdrashitov was transferred to Blagoveshchensk, at the long-building OJSC Polyeph. As before that they did not believe in the new production on Kaustic.
The factory workers worked on the creation of new products, following science, therefore, while still the chief engineer, Abdrashitov defended his candidate and then a doctoral. In the year, he was instructed to unite two universities - the pedagogical institute and the Russian Federation: - It was fundamentally important for me to do this without loss, preserve the team, and raise a salary.
You guess that it was not easy for a simple techie to head the university: the authoritarian leadership style no, no, but slipped. Life experience helped me out: I understood how subtle work it was - pedagogical work. Today, the chemical direction is more than in demand. Thanks to the chemistry and chemical technologies created by Abdrashitov, bachelors and undergraduates are engaged in science, perform practically work for the chemical plants of the city and various industrial enterprises of the republic.
The patient’s lack of personnel, according to the scientist, can decide by investing in the development of educational institutions and “ordering” students, sending their future specialists to study. This is a full -fledged university with strong traditions. I am calm for the future of my chemical graduates: each of them has its own development trajectory.
Fortunately, the consumption society is powerless before the desire of young people to study and benefit. More and more boys and girls understand: not everything is bought and sold, there are other, real meanings and goals. And they come to us consciously - those who intend to work in production, engage in science, teach. Only I can’t stand deception.
When you lead the chlorine factory, you have no right to make a mistake: you trust, check and change people, if you need it for business. And at the university we care not only about the professional competencies of students, but also about their human well -being. Living communication, the connection of generations, a good attitude towards each other - this is what the world holds on at any time.
