Ivan Nikolaevich Markin, a graduate of the Sverdlovsk Fire Technical School, dreamed of leaving north, where large oil and gas were produced, but specialists with a specialized education were catastrophically in the regional center. In February, the militia of the Tyumen garrison of the fire department began, and the youth arrived at the service site in September.
