Biography of Pisakhov
In the old ship, he did not fly along the waves, but in the skies, he composed “ice cream songs” - and the north bloomed in fairy tales! These lines of the Archangel poet V. Poor want to start a story about an amazing storyteller and wonderful artist Stepan Grigoryevich Pisakhov. He was born on October 25 in Arkhangelsk. Father, a native of Belarus, was jewelry, a master, a mintor and had an outstanding artistic taste.
This gift went to his sons, Paul and Stepan. Mother was a native pineezhanka. The grandmother Hionia Vasilievna, a native of the village of Trufanova Gora, in Pinezhya, knew and told the northern epics. And grandmother's brother, grandfather Leonty, was completely a professional storyteller. At the age of six, the boy lay landscapes from clay and fern, and in the adolescence he took possession of the brush and painted a lot.
In the year, Stepan Pisakhov, after graduating from the city school, went to Kazan, hoping to enter the art school, but failed. Only in the year did he enter the art school of Baron Stieglits in St. Petersburg. However, for participation in the student unrest of the Year of Pisakhov, they excluded and deprived of the right to continue art education in Russia.
Stepan Grigoryevich traveled a lot to the north, participated in various scientific and search expeditions, repeatedly came to the New Earth, visited the land of Franz Joseph, traveled many villages in Murman, Pechora, Onega, Mezen. Voronin, with whom he made dozens of flights, - the north and Arctic artist of the Pishakhs had robbed and studied perfectly.
" The impressions of these trips formed the basis of travel essays and paintings. Stepan Grigoryevich was akin to the harsh, but in a special way the beautiful nature of the North, became her painter, her poet. S. Pisakhov and travel to the distant lands performed. As a pilgrim, he visited Egypt and Palestine. Pisakhov saw Italy, France, Greece.
Pisakhov saw many different places, but there was nothing nicer than his native north for him! Over the decade between the First Russian Revolution and the First World War, he finally matured as an artist. In Arkhangelsk and St. Petersburg, personal exhibitions of paintings by the artist were organized. His canvases depict our northern nature: pine trees, birch trees, the White Sea with icebergs, glaciers, toros, North Dvina and ships at the Arkhangelsk pier, the Northern village.
The series of paintings “Dreams”, which amazes the imagination and fraught with a riddle, stands apart. The last major exhibition of picturesque paintings by the artist took place in Moscow in the year. Now, most of the paintings by Stepan Grigoryevich Pisakhov are stored in the Arkhangelsk Museum of Fine Arts. Irina Ponomareva, a writer of Pisakhov’s work, writes: “In the first half of his life, the talent of the writer-artist blossomed and revealed, in the second-the scribbler-sheet.” The first fable of “not any - do not listen” was published in the year in the collection “On the Northern Dvina”.
Then the tales of Pisakhov began to appear in local newspapers. And in the thirties, they were regularly published by the Moscow magazine “30 days”. In the year, the first book of the fairy tales of Pisakhov was published in Arkhangelsk, in the year the storyteller was taken as members of the Writers' Union. Pisakhov’s fairy tales fascinated everyone, indefatigable fantasy and the language simply stunned!
Before that, there was nothing like this in the literature. Pisakhov's tales about the North, beloved Arkhangelsk Territory. Their place is the village of Umam. The tales of S. Pisakhov are transmitted on behalf of the narrator, the cheerful Balagur Senya Malina, the peasant of the village of Uim. He is an experienced man, a master of all hands: he was a plowman, a fisherman, and a hunter, and even at a brick factory he worked in Moscow and in St.
Petersburg, and fought against the French and Turks, and traveled to many seas. The experienced reader Senya Malina will remind the created E. The Rap character - the ingenious inventor of the Baron Münghausen. There is a similarity, but in no case the Pisakhov does not imitate the German writer: his tales are deeply original. Pisakhov in the preface to the first collection of fairy tales - I was with him.
This was our only meeting. ” However, it is hardly possible to put an equal sign between the prototype and the hero-storyteller. Boris Ponomarev wrote: “... I think that Senya Malina is Stepan Pisakhov himself with his indefatigable fantasy, with his hyperbolic, with his excellent knowledge of the Arkhangelsk dialect, lively and bright northern speech, densely involved in folklore.” Pisikhov has fairy tales perky, sparkling, cheerful, there are caustic satirical, scourging, evil, there are cunning-fantastic ones, there are solemn ones.
They always end happily. Created on the material of oral folk poetry, the tales of Pisakhov “went into the people”, were transferred from mouth to mouth. Pisakhov loved children. Without demand, they came to his apartment, in the city garden and on the embankment, where the writer usually rested, he was surrounded by children, whom Pisakhov told fairy tales and stories. Almost a quarter of a century, S.
Pisakhov worked at school - taught drawing. His students entered art universities, which Pisakhov considered his “award”. Boris Ponomarev recalls: “From childhood I have heard about Pisakhov. The young man often met a storyteller on Arkhangelsk streets and every time he was surprised at his original, memorable appearance. He was a squat, broad -shouldered. The face has a densely overgrown with a beard, bushy hanging eyebrows covered his eyes.
From under the old-fashioned with wide fields of the black hat, a mane of gray hair flowed. It seemed to me then that Pisakhov and I remember him only as an old man as if I went to the city street from an ancient Russian fairy tale. ” In the last years of his life, Stepan Grigoryevich often unwell, his legs were sick, he could not walk. Telegrams went from all over the country: "Congratulations to the cute wizard-tale." Despite the universal folk love and glory of Pisakhov, something surrounded his name after death with a kind of unspoken prohibition.
In the preface to the book of I. Ponomareva published in the year, “Heads of the life of Stepan Pisakhov”, S. Levin writes: “His tales were printed, but almost all of his paintings and drawings lay in the storage, in the press of the especially Arkhangelskaya! Rumors about some sin of Pisakhov continuously crawled around the city during the intervention, either bread-salt brought the British, or even “fell from the cannon through the Bolsheviks”.
But no one gave any evidence, but to the question - how did such a person survived in decades of repression, in a city where everything was in sight - in response it was heard only about the humanity and mercy of power, as well as about the meek and non -sounding of the Chekists. " The Museum of S. Pisakhov was opened only in May. The house in which the writer lived all his long life Pomeranskaya, 27, has not survived to this day.
The museum is located nearby-on Pomorskaya, 10-in the old building, where there was once a large house-store of the merchant Butorov. Undoubtedly, Pisakhov came here more than once. And at the intersection of the streets of Pomorskaya and Avenue of Chumbarov-Luchinsky, a monument to the storyteller “Hello, good people” of the honored artist of Russia Sergey Syukhin was erected in the year.
Sukhin admitted that Stepan Pisakhov dreamed of shaking his hand while still a student - and now everyone can say hello to the northern storyteller. Sukhin is also the author of the Writer's monument of the perky sculpture “Raspberry on the burbot”, depicting the narrator and protagonist of the Pisakhikh fables Senya Malin. For many years now, Stepan Grigoryevich Pisakhov hasn’t been with us, but the strings of his fairy tales, special magic strings.
