Over the years, he has changed dramatically. But as he was relative, he remained. The kindest, good, responsive people live in my eyes live here. The scale of construction, the pace of construction of facilities were simply amazing. It was worth seeing! I am happy that I could participate in this! It so happened that for the most part in Usinsk I was engaged in agriculture.

I am a veterinarian in my specialty. He was the director of the subsidiary farm of the Usinskstroy Trust, he managed the Sinnskagro state farm, worked as deputy head of the city administration oversaw in the region, was the director of the Poposta - the Usinsky territorial organization of agricultural producers ... At the end of the 10th - beginning of the X, the agriculture of the district was on the verge of disappearance.

The state farms barely made ends meet. A little less than ten thousand heads remained in reindeer herding. And not because people did not want to work, on the contrary, they were “eager for battle”, but because the state then could not provide significant assistance to the villagers. And the municipality took on this burden. We have developed programs to withdraw from the crisis of agricultural enterprises of the district, the development of rural settlements.

In the villages, the tundra literally day and spent the night. They talked a lot with people, if necessary, they showed an example: they took the braids in their hands and went with everyone to haymaking. Naturally, funds were needed to implement programs. And we found them: convinced the deputies, worked with the city administration. Although the head of Usinsk Felix Markov did not have to persuade.

He was an ardent supporter of the support of the villagers, understood that the village would not survive without the help of the city. And the results were not long in coming. People got a job. Both enterprises and private traders were able to hand over potatoes and meat to their thorough at affordable prices. Eight years later, there were already 24 deer heads in the Usin farms! Until now, the Komi Ministry of Agriculture cannot understand how we managed to make such a jump.

But once again I repeat, a lot would not have been done, if not for the position of the head of the city. Felix Olegovich, as a leader, and people took his own kind to his team. Responsible for the viability of the whole area for housing and communal services, social, education, agriculture, but at the same time asked in all severity. Hence the results. All plowed. Moreover, everyone could offer and realize their idea.

It was a really strong team. Alexander Ivanovich Brezgun. The housing and communal services system, which he built, worked clearly. Olga Borisovna Alien Maryova. The person who knew every teacher’s teacher in person. Marina Viktorovna Khudazarova. Dozens of the most important issues were resolved daily.

We very often visited the villages, knew many children and adults. There was no such department, school, boiler room, FAP, club, wherever we are. They engaged not only in agriculture, but also housing and communal services, education, trade ... Then only Raipo worked in the villages, but conditions were created so that other stores could work so that there was competition. Once Felix Markov even reproached me: "Rodion Nikolaevich, you were too carried away by the villages." I say: “What's the matter, Felix Olegovich?

This, of course, was a joke. But I’ll say firmly: people saw our work, believed us, followed us. People in the north, especially the villagers, are special. I myself am from the Caucasus, but I have not seen such hospitality as that of the northern Komi. All the time I recall Vasily Pavilonovich Nemchinov. Here is a person to whom the republic should, if not a monument to him, then be sure to note his merits and contribution to the development of agriculture in the north.

God grant him health. Wonderful people. When they ask me that I saw the most beautiful in my life, I answer: a flowering tundra. Such an unusual landscape, such a colorful nature, there are no such colors in the mountains, nor on the sea, nowhere. I don’t understand why tourists do not go there. I used to be surprised why the flowering tundra was not shown on TV. And then I realized that it is impossible to convey such beauty.

Imagine, you see life: everything is blooming, geese walk in thousands, when they melt, do not fly, they go and you understand, here it is - life! Living in Usinsk and not see how the tundra blooms, this is wrong. My native, beloved city is 30 years! Let it always be bright, colorful, prosperous. Health to residents of Usinsk, prosperity! And the leadership of the municipality - pay more attention to the village.
