During the study at the school, and then at the university at the Faculty of Mathematics, I have repeatedly asked questions that, as it turned out, was studying psychology.

However, I was negative to the profession of a psychologist. In the fourth year of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, I came to classes in a group of psychologists for the company. What was taught by future psychologists directly concerned life and the provision of psychological assistance to people who found themselves in difficult life situations. However, at that time, my attitude to psychology and to the psychologists itself was expressed by one phrase: “What psychological help can be provided by a psychologist?

What is the benefit of psychology itself? If you give each psychologist a shovel and then there will be more benefit! After some time, I became interested in psychology. I re -read books in search of answers to my questions. I was looking for psychological assistance to solve my own psychological problems and problems of other people who trusted me and rely on my understanding of the psychology of life, on my knowledge and my experience.

As a result, I entered the university at the Faculty of Psychology to get a psychologist's profession. The training of psychology and the skills of psychological counseling revealed the psychological mechanisms and patterns of the psyche before me. During the training, I realized that the profession is a psychologist forever, and my vocation is the provision of psychological assistance to people.

To provide effective psychological assistance, I continued to teach psychotherapy. So, I am a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist. The sphere of my psychological activity includes various psychological and psychotherapeutic services. I learned a lot and comprehended in the field of psychology and psychotherapy. Providing psychological assistance, I use the entire arsenal of psychological methods that I not only studied, but also checked their effectiveness in practice.
