Biography of Shamil Magomedova

The military service under the contract by the Hero of Russia Shamil Magomedov will forever remain in the memory of the inhabitants of the Tarumovsky district of the Heroes of the Fatherland - this is not just a commemorative date, this is the time when we unite to pay tribute to those who have made everything possible to ensure the calm and security of our future. On the Day of the Heroes of the Fatherland, we recall our compatriots with a special feeling, who became a symbol of courage and honor.

One of these heroes is Shamil Nabibullagovich Magomedov, born on October 21 in the village of Tarumovka. From early childhood, Shamil dreamed of military service, having graduated from the Tarumov secondary school, embodied his dream in life. He entered the Higher Command Combined Arms Military School in Moscow, where he showed himself as a talented and devoted to his country a cadet.

Having successfully completed the training, Shamil received the title of officer and began to serve in the Separate Guards Motor Rifle -Rifle -Rifle Sevastopol Red Banner Brigade named after the Latvian shooters - an elite unit of the ground forces of the Russian Federation. With the beginning of a special operation on February 24, the senior lieutenant of the RF Armed Forces Shamil Magomedov showed amazing stamina and courage, performing responsible tasks of demilitarization and denazification.

He not only with honor fulfilled his military duty, but also inspired his comrades, remaining a faithful oath and ideals of a military fraternity. In conditions of intensive confrontation, he actively fired from a grenade launcher for the advancing infantry of the enemy, demonstrating high skill and courage. It should be noted that the enemy, using an unmanned aerial vehicle, was able to detect the position of the unit, as a result of which artillery fire support was opened from the mortar.

Mina exploded in the immediate vicinity of the platoon commander of senior lieutenant Magomedov, which led to severe wounds not compatible with life. For the heroism and devotion to his people, Shamil Magomedov was awarded the highest award of the Russian Federation - the title of Hero of Russia, unfortunately, posthumously. His dedication, courage and devotion to the cause will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him and honors his memory.

Today, on the Day of the Heroes of the Fatherland, we pay tribute to Shamil Magomedov and all those who, like him, are selflessly serving their country. We are proud that we have such heroes, and we will always remember their exploits.
