Thus, her apartment was supposed to increase from 45.4 square meters. She sued, since the “mistake” of the executive committee’s employees violates its “rights as the owner of the apartment”. In confirmation of her words, she introduced the technical passport of the Bureau of Technical Inventory of the BTI, in which her apartment is shown as a three -room room with an opening in the kitchen.

As a result, representatives of the executive committee and the rugpalates did not appear at the trial and the court accepted the arguments of Davletova. Traces of the demolished carrier wall in the year, she started repairs in the newly obtained rooms. Residents thought that the rejection of the flowing roof was underway. The hired workers demolished the rafters in the attic, two supporting walls and cut a channel, says a resident of Karakulova.

Along with this, work began on the "scrape" of the doorway to the kitchen. The neighboring floor below is the People's Artist of Tatarstan Munir Yakupov. He stated that she has no right to break the wall in the kitchen, since she was two large ventilation mines. Yakupov said that if she does so, then the inhabitants will suffocate below.

Karakulova and other local residents began to collect and request documents on the rights of Davletova to the “attic apartment”. In the BTI, they showed a copy of Davletova’s technical passport to the “three -room” apartment that she presented to the court, but the employees of the bureau refused the paper. A year ago, Davletova moved out of her one -room apartment.

As the inhabitants of the house say: "In silence and under cover of night." In the “attic-apartment” they changed the castle and now demand to bring Davletov to justice and compensate for the damage caused to common house property: the roof, demolished walls and a channel. The accusations that the supporting walls were demolished by it, the interlocutor calls the “joke” and “untruth”.

She also assures that she did not break any beams and roof supports. The words that the channel was cut through her fault, Davletov considers it “slander” and is ready to defend his position in court.
