When I studied at a theater school, we made sketches under the watchful eye of Marseille Khakimovich Salimzhanov, and he adored the impromptu, brought up the ability to improvise and find a way out of any situation. This is similar to scattered films where life is mixed, fantasy ... And then from these individual frames, figuratively speaking, a large full -length film is born. The creative process in the head is constantly going on.

I do not share the theater and literature, because I serve the word, and it, according to Mayakovsky, is a "commander of the human power." Drama, in my opinion, should not only overtake time, but go a step ahead of the literature itself. It is dangerous to lag because the swamp of complacency and vanity will suck. The competitive environment forces itself to keep yourself in good shape and feel the bloodstream of its time.

Modern theaters take them reluctantly. And sorry. I am worried about politics not as a management system, but as a way to carry good, justice, humanism. I remembered the phrase from the “posthumous notes of the Pickwick Club” by Charles Dickens: “I am an observer of human nature.” Politics is not as interesting as the soul. Here mental impulses can and should be studied all your life.

I am interested in the intellectual elite, its attitude, the desire and ability to soften customs into our excessively pragmatic age. The play should be the topicality and effect of recognition. All of them are theatrical diamonds.

People often laugh, not even suspecting that we are talking about themselves. The official and his character, actions are an eternal topic for Russia. Many plays are rejected on the move, they are not even read, and then they begin to talk about the crisis of drama. The author is a piece of goods, it should be treated carefully. Therefore, today on the Tatar Theater Horizon there are few new original plays corresponding to the spirit of the time.

And this is an alarming trend. Without this, you can’t build a human relationship. Remember what friendship “on a compromise basis” had two old people, Russian and Tatar, in the play of Tufan Minnullin “Almandar from the village of Aldermysh”. They will drink together, and they will sing, and they will remember the war. And death listens to their conversations, is surprised, but also afraid of these old people.

The heroes of my plays also sometimes compromise for the sake of high goals and just common sense. Sometimes I meet readers in schools and universities. Critics I'm not afraid of laughing. Although, in my opinion, there is little professional Tatar theatrical criticism in Kazan. The critic should be erudite, objective, constructive ... - What is your relationship with cinema? There are talented radio fillings and no more.

Many of my plays are in Tatar theaters. After that, the director also reads, and they either put the play or reject. In Kazan, my plays are not yet coming. I think this is an absolutely correct approach. The majority chose me with secret vote. I have always seen my main tasks as the chairman of the creative union in financial assistance to writers, in the publication of new books and in supporting young talents.
